We strive to use and sell Italian products that are sourced directly from Italy. We also use cheddar cheese from Cabot Creamery, in which we hope to promote and sustain local Vermont products.
Giancarlo's Panini Press is owned by Giancarlo a native of Rome Italy. Having over 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Giancarlo saw a need to bring Italian paninis to Vermont. With the mission of "La Famiglia è tutto" (family is everything), this drive-thru restaurant features ten different authentic Italian style grilled panini, in addition to weekly specials.
